Different foods in different cultures.?

My boyfriend said it sounds racist to ask this but I am not trying to stereotype I was just bored and hungry when I thought of this. I can't think of an asian dish that has cheese in it. Not one chineese or japaneese meal with cheese. Also mexican food never has broccoli or cauliflower. Do people in mexico eat broc and coliflower? Do people in japan eat cheese? And I nuts for thinking about this stuff? And is it gross that I put avocado slices on top of my chineese food? I am seven months pregnant by way...that might be impairing my thinking.

Dairy products like cheese, cream etc. are not normally used in asian cuisine. Most people can't even digest it. Even though with the multi-culti foods like Mc Do and Co. which have cheese in their burgers it seems that especially the younger generation can adapt.
