different food ideas for an african buffet?

i'm having an engagement party in a couple of weeks time and have been writing out ideas for the buffet however quite a few of my friends are from nigeria and ghana and i want to give them a choice of some proper african food instead of just vol au vents and stuff can anyone give me any ideas of what i could serve for them as well as recipes please i can make jollof rice and red stew but need other ideas as well xx
