I have a few electronics I want to bring with me on a plane but I have to store them below, i'm going up north. Will there be any long term damage if i let them warm up for a few days after I arrive?

The thing is the temperature under the plane might be around -20 area.
So I made it specific on what I was bringing so i can maybe get good help on it and instead of generic items.
Like my questions would be.. Will the earphone plastic on the headphones crack? or be ok because they cool down at a slow temperature with all the other luggage packed in there?
Will the Ipad's LCD screen freeze and crack? or will it be ok later?
Plz help before I fly away.

The Dr dre beats Boombox is quite large.... 20lbs.
I can bring a few things as a carryon, this is for a mining company and i'm only allowed so much lol.
