Can anyone help me to differentiate between Business and Corporate. is it possible a business acquire many competitor and run them as a separate business unit within the same product range?
e.g. A limited listed in ASX and doing business in alcoholic beverage only, A limited acquire few other competitor to expand the business and run those as individual business units. Does A limited will be treated as corporate or business?
