Difference between angular velocity of bicycle and bicycle wheel?

A bicycle with wheels of 0.5m radius is traveling over a circular hill of radius 30m at a constant speed of 5m/s.

a) What is the angular velocity of teh bicycle?
b) What is the angular velocity of the bicycle wheel?
 
The circumference of the hill is 30^2 pi m = 2827 m.
360 deg / 2827 m * 5 m /s = 0.647 deg / s

The wheel has a circumference of 0.5^2 pi m = 0.785 m
If the bike is traveling at 5m/s, it makes 5 m/s * rev / 0.785 m = 3.93 rev/s
3.93 rev/s * 360 / rev = 1414 deg /s
