hey,
so im an exchange student this year as as a result of that ive put on a little weight.. i would normally diet by eating what i need and exercising a lot but i live with a family in which the mom cooks the meals and decides what you eat and i don't have any time to exercise because i now have to travel over an hour to school everyday and i wake up early and get home late.
any suggestions on how i could eat healthier while living in a family who eats pretty fatty foods (its the culture) or any ideas how i can say no to the food without being rude??
also, any tips on how i can exercise during the day without getting too overheated?
i dont eat that much to begin with. usually for dinner i have 2 pieces of bread. and ive always got food in my room. from granola bars to apples. i can buy any foods that i need to refrigerate because i dont want to have to explain why i bought my own food. its really awkward living here and i dont want it to be worse. it would be really hard explaining becasue of the language barrier (my german is really bad..)
