Dieting and Exercising But Not Seeing Results...?

I just finished my Freshman year in college, and from Junior year of High school up to my freshman year in college, I've stayed the exact same weight and have been eating junk food, fast food, and drinking soda and what not. I never exercised. For the last 20 days I have been eating healthy, no soda, no fast food, no junk food, and have been working out every single day for about an hour. I do a Jillian Michaels DVD which contains cardio mixed in with strength training and ab workouts, then afterwards I go for a walk, sometimes running a mile and walking a mile.

I've completely turned my eating habits around and have been working out yet am seeing absolutely no weight loss. What more can I do? How can I lose weight quicker and more efficiently? Thanks in advance!
Edit:
Thank you for that! I definitely haven't been drinking enough water, I barely drink anything throughout the day really. I'll have maybe a bottle of Green Tea, and a bottle of water during my workout. I appreciate that. I'll definitely get more water into my day and see how that changes.

First and foremost, drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Believe me, it makes a huge difference. If you don't drink enough water, your body goes into panic mode and stores water in fat cells. As long as it's storing water, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOSE THE FAT!!!

Second, make sure you limit calories.

Check this site out:

Use that to calculate how many calories you need per day to lose weight. Eating healthy means nothing if you're still eating too many calories.

Other than that, keep at it and you'll see results within the month!
