-Lost in a big world-

I know everybody has their own shapes and sizes but I don't like mine. I tried dieting for about 2 weeks and I do get exercise, but NO WEIGHT LOSS! I'm already tired of trying. Maybe dieting isn't for me. Or maybe I don't eat the right foods. Who knows, but I HATE dieting. Weight is one of the reasons I think guys don't like me. :/ Weight has always been a problem for me. I get SO embarrassed when the gym teacher has to take our height and weight. ._. I'm over-weight by 30 pounds. I don't look skinny either.

Do you have to eat HEALTHY foods or do you have to eat a certain amount of calories to become skinny? I've always been caught up in that question this week. Thanks for reading. I'm new to Y! Answers so nice answers please.
I did eat healthy foods, such as yogurt. Maybe I'm just the type of person that can't lose weight? ....
