Dieters & Weight Loss Hopefulls: What did you truthfully eat today?

I am 5"3 and weigh about 9 and a half stone. Aiming to go down to 9 stone in the short term and 8 and a half in the long term.
I'm trying to lose weight and was tempted by so many treats today but this is what I managed:

-Small wholemeal vegetable pasty (crust removed)
-Pineapple and cashew bar 153kcal
-3 clementines
-Mashed potato, peas, 2 vegetarian sausages

compared to yesterday's food log:

-Bowl of raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
-2 slices Bread and butter
-6 handfuls of large dark chocolate chips
-4 teaspoons of creme de leche
-2 large pieces of millionaire shortbread
-vegetable stew with dumplings
-more chocolate
-large wedge of bread with cheddar cheese
-3 cream crackers
-3 poppy thins

oops!
 
chocolate organic nonfat yogurt for breakfast.
vegetarian chili for lunch.
4 small cheese sticks (yikes)
and i'm about to have homemade chicken noodle soup for dinner.
