Diet/lifestyle changes to get rid of dark circles?

I have moderate dark circles under my eyes. I usually just cover them up with a little concealer, but I would much rather be rid of them entirely.

I get plenty of good sleep, so I know it's not that. Is there anything else I can change- any creams I can use, etc? I'm only 22.
