Alright here's my plan, just looking for feedback, any concerns or idea to make it better will be greatly appreciated. Im 21, male, in pretty decent shape to begin with if that helps.
Mon/Wed/Fri: i want to wake up, do a p90x workout, attend Army PT (which is about a 2-5 mile run w push-ups and sit-ups), Eat a few eggs/juice, a few hrs later some fiber cereal and some carrots, few hrs later some cold green beans and fruit, the lifting weights for about 45min ending with a meat/salad/milk dinner and 100pushups and 50 pullups before bed.
Tuesday/Thursday: sport like kayaking, bikeing, raquetball, similar diet, Also Army stuff which is kind of like spending some time outside for about 3hrs.
Saturday: Long sport day such as a hike, long run, long bike, etc
Sunday: Rest/light Yoga
Of course i plan on stretching before and after everything and drinking plenty of water, thanks in advance for any suggestions/input.
