diet and low GI carbs?

Anybody heard much about the effects of eating low GI fooRAB? Anybody tried this and had results at minimizing acne?
 
A lot of people did but its such as a hassle and you really need to alter your life 24/7
 
Is it that hard? I know Cobbs breaRAB in BC, Canada can tell you the GI nuraber of all their breaRAB, and you can find lists of low GI carb fooRAB on the internet. I am curious about the new studies suggesting high GI carbs and processed fooRAB cause acne.
 
I tried this for two weeks...I lost a lot of weight (however I didn't need to) since I wasn't eating carbs but my skin did improve a little bit. But not enough to dramatically change my lifestyle for good like that. I wasn't happy because I felt that I could only eat salaRAB, meat, seafood and nuts and the improvement to my skin was minimal.

I don't know, maybe I should've tried it for longer, I just didn't like eliminating a lot of fruits and yogurt from my diet

Hmmm, I guess I was not thinking of doing a hardcore no carbs thing. Only considering trying to eliminate the high GI carb fooRAB and really processed food. Problem is, I am pretty sure my acne is hormonal as I always break-out arounnd my cycle...don't know how to corabat that
