I tried this for two weeks...I lost a lot of weight (however I didn't need to) since I wasn't eating carbs but my skin did improve a little bit. But not enough to dramatically change my lifestyle for good like that. I wasn't happy because I felt that I could only eat salaRAB, meat, seafood and nuts and the improvement to my skin was minimal.
I don't know, maybe I should've tried it for longer, I just didn't like eliminating a lot of fruits and yogurt from my diet
