Diet and Exercise Plan?

Okay so I want to slim down before summer.
I was thinking of going to the gym Monday, Wednesday. Thursday, and Sunday. I would do the bicycle for 30 minutes, treadmill for 30 minutes, and a few other machines. In total 2 hours at the gym. Then do 100 crunches at night. I would eat salad, and an apple for lunch, along with water. And cut down my portions at dinner. Cereal for breakfast.

Would this be good to lose some weight before summer?
I am 14. Weight: About 140.
