Diet and exercise plan?

Okay, so I started my health and wellness class in college and it's got me concerned about my body.
It's not like I wasn't already concerned, it's just that now I'm a little bit more to the point where I'm ready to plan and do something about it.

So I'm 17, Female, 5'5", 240lbs approx.
I would like to get to lose 60lbs by April.
That's about 20lbs per month because I'm starting my membership in January. (Hopefully!)
Is that do-able?

I plan to start a no-salt, only drink water, and lower drastically my intake of breads, and stick with complete 100% whole grains. (I would prefer to stop the bread completely, but people like to tell me that it's bad for me.)

This morning for breakfast I decided to try out a meal that made sense right now, I had 4 egg whites (1 egg yolk, since I know they're bad but I wanted just one. Is that bad?) with only cracked black pepper, no salt!, a red apple, and an orange. Afterwards, (currently) drinking a full glass of water. Does that sounds about right for a breakfast for someone trying to lose weight?

I also plan to join the 24 hour 'Anytime Fitness' in my town. I know I'm going to set aside 4 hours of my evening for workouts once I join. I have a vague idea of what I'd like to do there, but I'm not sure if it will be effective. I want to do like half and half of cardio and strength. (2 hours per each.) I have weak lungs though, so I'm nervous about the cardio. Is there maybe a set plan of workouts that you guys know about that could help me with my goals? Target workouts for my overall health?
