I am an active dancer and have practice Monday-Thursday. I am twelve years old and I need a diet and exercise plan for a dancer outside of practice. And I don't want "cut out junk foods and fast foods" because I know that. I need an actually plan. Ones from other dancers would help me out.
I'm not trying to lose weight I just want to have a healthy and balanced diet as well as an exercise plan to go with it.
