Did you read about the man who is suing his neighbor for using electronics?

A Santa Fe NM man is suing his neighbor for using her cellphone, wireless network, computer, compact fluorescent light bulbs and dimmer switches. He is also fighting against all public Wi-Fi's.
The man developed symptoms, of EMS, in 1980 while in college. EMS (electromagnetic sensitivity) causes; nausea, vertigo, diarrhea, ears ringing, severe headaches and body aches, crippling joint pains, insomnia, impaired vision and muscular control as well as other potentially life-threatening ailments.
I feel it is sad he has EMS but I really don't see how he can stop the world (with all of the inventions) just because of his condition. Perhaps he could buy his own little island, out in the middle of 'no where', and live.....what do you think?
 
And we wonder what is wrong with our justice system...! A judge with any common sense would never let this get to a jury.

It just doesn't make sense to me how the man would be able to detect his neighbor's devices, if you look at all the TV and radio waves being broadcast, he would be bombarded on a daily basis and should not be able to detect any difference.

The Earth itself is a giant and powerful magnet, surely that would constantly bother him.
