He's a known con-man, and would be held without bail if ever captured. But since he's just a con-man and not a bank robber, I don't suppose any bounty hunters will be tracking him down. He is currently taking thousands of dollars in "donations" from his "supporters" who believe his made up stories about Barack Obama. He has a few youtube videos you can look up for more "details". But the video responses to his videos are the best part.
the cops in Colorado aren't dumb, they're busy chasing criminals *in Colorado*. Since it isn't a Federal case, but a state one, they can't cross state lines to bring him in. But if he were ever arrested, or even pulled over for a speeding ticket, he could be held and sent back to Colorado for any outstanding warrants. Or a bounty hunter could make a citizens arrest and escort him back. But if he ever goes back to CO, it'll be the slammer for him.
