with national debt at zero? Does it matter to you that the debt payoff was set it motion 2 terms before him by Monroe (anti-federalist / modern day republican) or is it considered a win for democrats?
Because James Monroe served 2 terms so he can't be elected again to fix the economy so some democrat can come along afterward and claim the prize...plus he died almost 2 centuries ago
