(2) when and to the degree the actor reasonably believes the force is immediately necessary to protect himself against the peace officer's (or other person's) use or attempted use of greater force than necessary.

Not like two shots of pepper spray makes it burn twice as much.

Not that pepper spray is all that effective against a drunk.

Like I said, you'd think about it.

The only issue I have is that in cases like this the dash camera "breaks" or they loose the footage in some other way.
