now you can take other people to court..just don't mess with christians.God don't play.
ohh..ok....christian don't take christians to court,i see we have to stick together..you guys lucked out

That was just Paul saying christians shouldn't take christians to court as they should be able to settle their disagreements amicably, since in the spirit they are indeed brothers and sisters, and are meant to be growing into loving behaviour. The Corinthian church was a very "carnal" church and were behaving in a very worldly way, and Paul was trying to help them see that they should live at a higher level.

Greetings neighbour, the Holy Scripture say not to take each other[Christian against Christian] to court[context]. 1Cor 6:1-2 Dare any of you, having a matter against each other, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Reason being if you are in Christ Jesus the Lord your Governmental alliance has be transferred from this world to God' Kingdom: Col 1:13 Who has personally rescued us from the power of darkness and transferred [us] into the kingdom of the Son of His love, Phil 3:20 But for us our the commonwealth of God exist in heaven..
Now in other cases we can appeal to the authorities of the country we reside in just not disputes between our selves. Hope this helps
In sincerity of the Truth,
Zavier.

What it actually says is that a Christian should not take another Christian to court. It says that we should be able to sort out our differences between ourselves or that we should take the matter to the officers of our church to help us. That way we do not bring fellow Christians into disrepute.

It has nothing at all to do with a non-Christian taking a Christian to court.
