like every other Cuban? Many in America cannot afford to buy their medications, some have 2 jobs and still no medical benefits.
Don't you think something is very wrong here?

I always get a giggle out of the 'We rank at 38th percent! How awful!'

Pay attention idiots.
We treat those that other countries won't treat. The very old, the very sick, those with poor potential outcomes. IOW, they don't count in the stats because they die. They don't take the risks we take. We will do anything to keep anyone alive.

I other countries, life means nothing. Especially the lives of the old, less than perfect, very sick. Period. So what you're so proud of is the mark of a culture that only allows healthcare for those who deserve it (by being healthy to start with).

We also count our infant mortality rates more honestly. They only include only those life births that die after birth during the hospital stay. We count still births and post delivery deaths up until so many months. Plus home births and non-hospital births.

ALSO, one of the biggest reasons our stats look so low is because most of the sickest of the sick in other countries come here for care. MRIs, cancer treatment, specialized surgeries, reconstruction, you name it.

Only a fool or a very naive' and young twit would believe those stats.

Tell ya what next time you need major healthcare, I'll fly you to the country of your choice. Seriously.

However, I won't fly you back when they tell you that 'you are too sick and not worth the cost or effort' nor will I pay for your funeral.
