go to sprint.com/downloads
go to smart phones
look for your phone -htc hero.
click on -----Software Update for the HTC Hero with Google
more details...
stroll to the bottom and click on download.
after downloading the software. you plug in your device with the computer and it should start to install on it's own.make sure your info on your phone is backed up first..
