This is scary stuff but I'm going to say it anyway. One time we were slammed, "blown to the cone", and I dropped a filet mignon on the floor and this big black chef went nuts and started waving a cooking fork in my face. I said, ok, ok, and tossed the meat back on the plate and served it with compliments of the evening.
Another time I saw a manager get enraged cause some food got sent back. He spit in it and told me to take it back out.
Are you aware this sort of stuff goes on??
