When you touch your toes, I know you're not supposed to bend your knees . If you do toe touches right, pretty soon you'll be able to reach farther than you could when you started . Did you ever do toe touches ? How much progress did you make ? How far will you be able to touch if you do toe touches every day for a month ? How far will you be able to touch if you do toe touches every day for two months ? Thank you in advance for your answers .
