girl in the head? He tasered thg girl in the head while she wasing running away and the dart went through her skull causing 14 staples to be needed. It is a horrific story, look it up. Sounds like she was a troubled child but this is just ridiculous. I am hoping this guy was punished somehow so i dont lose all faith in our judicial system. Something really needs to be done to regulate officers power tripping with thier taser guns. Any follow up to this? What was the final outcome?
