I recently bought a 2008 highlander for 22 total after everything it was used with 33000 miles. i just noticed that the arm rest after 6 days of drviing it that the armrest was loose and falls in when u press in. i took it to the dealership to fix it, also for other problems. i geta call back saying ur not cover even though i purchased the extended insurance. they say its a 600 replacement part cause it needs to be replaced i havent picked up the car im going tomorrow after noon im not sure what to tell them do i have a case. WHAT SHOULD I DOO ahhh
