What exactly is your point? Henry Ford grew up on a farm. Bill Gates' parents are rich. Companies grow from garage size start-ups to international standard bearers on the back of their country's infrastructure and institutions. Why isn't reasonable to ask those companies to pay taxes for the upkeep of that infrastructure and those institutions?
