Did the U.S. continue to bomb Japan, even after dropping two Atom bombs on two

cities within three days? By bombing I mean conventional or fire bombing. If you have a link to that info please share it. Thanks
 
From my previous courses in PoliSci, ... I'm pretty sure there wasn't any other major bombings, but then again, no one really focuses on the events following the dropping of the atomic bombs.

Anyways, here's a site (trustworthy??) that says that there was at least another city to be bombed following nagasaki & hiroshima ...

Course how reliable it is is up to you =)
 
Yes we continued for about a week or 10 days. Because the Japanese emperor did not find out how devastated his country was for quite some time because there was no means of communication in those areas.

I don't have the link but you should be able to do a search on the fall of Japan & find out exactly what took place.
