Did the Nebraska kicker purposely kick the ball out of bounds/Horse collar tackle?

These are very dumb mistakes by the corn huskers having played such a good game....
Did they purposely kick out of bounds & also wanted to purposely get penalized 15 yards to lose the game but win big bucks in a "fixed" game?
 
1 second changes everything. If MCcoy takes an extra step before throwing it out of bounds then all those penalties by nebraska near the end of the game would of been forgotten and the longhorns coach would probably be fired for horrible clock management. Just like when you kick an onside kick on the opening kick off. If you receive it then people would be like " that was great play " but if the other team gets it then people would say " that was the stupidest play ive ever seen '
