I talked to a few soldiers in the army today on base and they said that the army still uses the black boots for pilots and other aviation related jobs is this true?
My husband is in aviation, not a pilot though, he's a helicopter mechanic, but he never wears black boots. Its always the combat boots. I've never really looked at the pilots though so I'm not 100% sure.
