Ausnt you are the first person in a whole year to point that out. I know but I had to choose this name to make the account.
Its being used now for a tv show called....forgot name . ...Its a black and white commercial.

with a bunch of constuction workers.
 
Are you talking about the Johnny Cash song, Ain't No Grave, currently be used by the Undertaker? If someone pays royalties to the family of Mr. Cash then they have the right to use the song as well.
