I think that you offended her,you might have said it in a hurtful way. Just apologize..tell her that you didn't mean to be hurtful

I was doing study group. she asked me if I have answer, and I said I cant answer right now, then she looked at me in angry face. Did she got angry or serious? also, in the circle of group I was looking at her for quite long time, because there were no place to look at that is why she got angry?she got freaked out and got defensive?
 
It doesn't should like you were mean, but tone can effect a person's meanings. maybe you should talk to her and find out what you did. maybe you were using a certian tone that wasn't friendly, or maby you did somethig before.
