...where "practice makes perfect"? If people didn't possess an environment where practice makes perfect, they might be forgiven if they didn't practice and results were less than perfect.
 
Oh yes, but if you believe that they didnt know what they were doing you are mistaken, they are good at hiding from the world by being congenial and happy people, not what you would expect but then they are psychopaths :)

where do you work, for example? are you in the private sector or are you in the public realm.

Do you just go to work one day and your supervisor says to you "Frank, today we are going to work on the Collins submarine project". Are you like, "huh???Wtf is that?"

Cause that's what I want to know. What exactly the fk IS this Collins submarine project? How come I never hear about it in the NON yahoo! answers environment?
