Did Sega come out with a new system?

Well, I heard myths and discussions about Sega releasing a new
Console, product. And I just want to know if this is true? Did they already release it? And what's it called?
 
They probably won't release a system, its hard enough having the three main systems battling it out between themselves. Sega just develop games for other consoles now.
