did scan on 88 buick century 2.8 engine said bad PCM?

replaced PCM car still stalls out just like b4 replacing PCM any idea on what could be wrong already replaced ignition control/ fuel pump/fuel tank/spark plugs/mas air flow/fuel filter/starter
fuel pressure is good fuel pump does make a loud sound

Your looking at post date material,
Terminology is different.
No PCM in that year there was the ECM.
Unless you've got an old OTC Moniter or the GM Monitor, there is little chance you are scanning that OBD(first Generation)ECM.
We read the flashes in those days, 12 was normal (bad PCM code 12)
Try again.
