Did prl flash but no good when dialing 611

I finally found a article which should be a sticky on how to do a prl flash here.

I am in the austin tx area which has just opened a few days ago for cricket. I did the prl flash and is said it was susessful after the second atempt. I used the
1039 prl but I called cricket to acticate the phone and after she got the esn she told me to dial 611, well that brought be to a verizon wireless messege about activating my phone :( I need help please.
 
Well, I assumed that he was dialing 611 to test his new service. If he reaches CricKet customer service, then all is well. But he shouldn't have to dial *228 because all that does is download the new prl anyway and he just did that manually. The MIN/MDN and SID nurabers need to be obtained from CricKet. I don't think they will give you any trouble if you just ask them, since they don't care what phone you use. As for where to put them in, you will have to ask somebody with your phone because I think it is different for each phone. You could try asking CricKet but I don't know if they know where they go. Or if you have PST then you can read a new CDMA Nam file and set the values there and write that to the phone. I haven't tried that personally but I think it should work ;)
 
And PRL will be downloaded to the phone if it is a newer version. I think it is downloaded every time but no way to tell if it is the same version.
