Did Obama lie when he said he was foreign in college to get financial aid or...

...when he said he's a citizen...? ... eligible for presidency?

This is really bugging me. I mean either he lied to a scholarship board and on his application and said he was not a US citizen in order to swindle money out of an organization OR he was telling the truth then and isn't eligible to be president... Which is it?

It was for the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
 
Obama isn't hiding his records for nothing.

I believe he claimed to be an Indonesian citizen in order to get the pitty party financial aid. He easily could have done that, because he could only attend school in Indonesia if he was an Indonesian citizen, and he did.

Just more shadiness on the part of our child president, Barack Obama.
