Did Obama express support for a middle class tax hike last night?

Last night he said that he was against health reform that was "PRIMARILY funded through taxing middle-class families." Doesn't that mean he's OK with funding it through middle class tax hikes, as long as that isn't the primary source of funding.

Any middle class folks out there concerned with that? I'm not surprised as there is no way to fund all his spending, simply by taxing the "rich" and also keep his promise of giving a tax cut to 95% of Americans.
 
EXACTLY! If anyone would actually TAKE the time to think logically or even a basic economics or finance class, they will see there is no way we can afford this plan by only taxing the rich. Geez! What happened to America?!?
 
The liberals all seem to have missed that part. They keep talking about only people who make over a million ! Seems to me we also heard that no one who made less than 250k a year would see any tax increases ! They are shooting that one out the window with every bill they pass ! He is a liar ! He says everything in a twisted manner and libs just don't listen there to busy admiring him !
 
Are there really that many people making a Million dollars a year? I hope they feel loved that they have been singled out to pay for everything.
 
Why shouldnt the middle class pay for any health care costs incurred by themselves?

I dont get this hands off the middle class lets make the "rich" pay for it crap.

Obama wants class warfare so he can pit the have nots against the haves. There are a lot more votes for him that way.
 
Personally, I can afford to pay $1 million in taxes per year but thanks to loopholes found by my attorneys and accountants, I pay nothing. Two years ago, they took advantage of the global economy set up by the Bushes and Clintons by moving my money to an offshore account. I have three homes in the USA, I reap all the benefits of living here and don't have to pay for anything. Nothing would please me more than have Mr. Obama get Congress to pass univeral health care so I won't even have to pay for medical care. I hate paying bills. I'd much rather the poor and middle class pay my way. So please, stop bitching and pay your taxes. My 90 year old mother has to have a hip replacement and I certainly don't want to pay for it.
