Did Obama ever say we couldn't win the war in Iraq?

I know he opposed going to war, and rightly so.

But as a US Senator or candidate running for President (oops I repeat myself) did he ever say we couldn't win the war in Iraq?
 
Yes he did say that. he also said the surge wouldn't work, just like most other Dems said. Now he wants to use the same strategy in Afghanistan.
 
YES, HE ALSO SAID IT WAS A WANTED WAR BIG WORDS FOR A GUY WITH NO SPINE .THIS GUY WOULD HAVE MADE A BETTER FARMER BECAUSE HE SURE KNOWS HOW TO SPREADS A LOT OF BULL S.H.I.T.
