Did Obama and Reagan BOTH hang out with dangerous people?

We've all heard about Bill Ayers, but what about Reagan, the Republicn poster boy? He was very good friends with Margaret Thatcher who supported a movement to let 25 Irish prisoners starve to death. They were going through a hunger strike for better conditions in the prison, but Thatcher let 10 of them starve to death. Coincidentally, Bill Ayers never killed anyone.

So, how can Reagan supporters possibly say that Obama can't be president for being friends with Bill Ayers?
For the record I do not support Obama for political reasons, but I can't stand the hypocrisy coming from some of the condescending elitist Republicans. They're not all that way of course, but it's something I've noticed.
 
Even if regan did he is still a million times a better man than obama is or ever will be.

You cant compare one of the best presidents ever to obama. Even if obama is elected he wont ever be as good as a man as regan.

Focus and NOW not then! Everyone does dum things when there young. Yes they did do drugs and stuped stuff but they never hund around dangerous people.
 
Well, McCain is known for having a few felons as friends too.

But whatever, just because people happen to hang out with some bad people doesn't mean they're ALL bad themselves too. We're all different.

My PE Teacher used to be friends with stoners in his high school. But now he's one of the most inspirational football coaches for our school, who advocates not doing drugs. (That's because most of his stoner friends are DEAD now. Drugs KILL.)

So even if you hang out with a few bad apples, you can still learn from THEIR mistakes without making the same ones yourself.
