Did Jesus Give Men the Command to "Judge Other Men" as some Elders in...

Galatians 5-1

...Jehovah's Witnesses Teach? Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Jesus has given them the right and authority to "judge" men, as to their being acceptable to God, in His Kingdom, or not.
These Elder "Judges" are given the authority to decide if a man, after coming to his senses, turning around and asking forgiveness from God, then goes before the "Elders", THEY decide if he is truly "sincere" in his repentance, and then they decide "how long" he must wait until he is welcomed back into the congregation.
The wait to have "Congregation Privileges" can also be a time consuming event, all of which can add up to a year, or a few years, or in some cases, as much as a decade.

Is this "Authority To Judge" a scripturally backed-up disciplinary devise, or is it the culminated ideas of the WTBTS ?

How would Jesus want us to welcome back the contrite and truly repentant man, if he claims he is clean of his sins, and he is truly sorry?

Does the Bible tell us that the "Holy Spirit Believes ALL Things", or just the ones we want to?

Are Jehovah's Witnesses correct in teaching this kind of judging, as from Jesus Christ, directly through them as "elders of jehovah's organization"?

When the Prodigal son returned, did his father say "well son, you stay in this room for a year, and don't talk to anyone else in the family, and if I believe you, I will give you a little party"?

Come-on friends. Tell us, is this teaching from Jehovah's Witnesses a command from Jesus?

Is it anything?

Of course not. The word of God says that if someone is taken in a fault, ye that are spiritual RESTORE him, considering your own self, lest you also be led astray.

Why do they never use this? it is Scripture? I would not spend one day of my life under that false religion. But then I think it came from the popes saying they can be god to people.

not a JW, but the Bible does say:
"Judge not lest you be judged", Jesus says this in Matthew, then He goes on to say, "If you judge, judge a righteous judgment", and so there it seems like He's telling us it's okay to judge but if you're going to do it, do a righteous judgment. And the word 'judge' here, when He says, 'judge not', it means 'do not condemn'. For with what judgment you judge you shall be judged. So there is a distinction there and that's one of the weaknesses when you translate from one language to another.
that has been a very terribly misapplied scripture where it says 'don't judge', in that it's almost like saying 'Blind yourself; don't have any kind of evaluation'. The Bible is telling us we shouldn't pass sentence because we can't see the heart, but the Lord does want us to evaluate what we see on the outside. That's why Jesus said, "You'll know them by their fruits".
the Bible tells us that we should have good judgment. Scriptures also tell us we are our brother's keeper, and furthermore, the Bible tells us that we're to inspect the fruit. Jesus said 'You will know them by their fruits'. Right? John 7:24--it says "Do not judge according to appearances, but judge with righteous judgment". In other words, if you're going to judge, do it righteously
