Did Israel loose that last war with Hezbollah? or was it a tie? If Israel lost why so?

I guess I'm asking did the get defeated militarily or was it because of the politicans that didn't let them fight the war the way the wanted to? Or some other reason
 
For the Hezbollah, even if they wouldn't have a single brick standing on another, they'd think they won.

Israel Defense Forces:
121 killed
(including 2 captured bodies)
628 wounded

Hezbollah militia:
250-700 dead
13 captured (9 released)
Amal militia: 17 dead
LCP militia: 12 dead
PFLP-GC militia: 2 dead

Do the math yourself. Also, Israel's idiotic government made many wrong moves resulting in numerous dead on Israel's side. I guess that government is finally making up for it with the current Gaza operation that is going on quite well.
