2 weeks ago, I got muscle pain in my inner thighs, groin area. I assumed that I pulled a groin because it matched the symptoms. I have been icing it and lightly stretching it like the recommended treatment, but it has no got better at all. It's so bad that sleeping is unbearable. I get sharp pains every time I sneeze or cough strongly. It's at the point where I'm pretty much limping everywhere. I've been reading up on sport hernias and it seems possible I might have one instead of a severe pulled groin. My pain hasn't improved at all and sports hernias don't improve without surgery. Does anyone know a way I can determine which injury I have?
