Did I just runied my diet by eating this so late? I'm trying to lose weight! T_T?

Heck no. You are probably not eating enough calories, but a piece of wheat bread with margarine isn't more than 200 calories. Keep up a diet like that and you'll lose weight pretty quick. Try eating a little more but do some exercise, it worked really well for me.

No, it won't wreck your diet, since your diet is starving yourself.

How about you try exercise and managing what you eat? Eating that little food is just going to hurt yourself.
 
Okay I had one piece of wheat bread with margin and it's 10pm at night

two wheat bread toast strawberry jelly

2 slim fast shakes

bowl of strawberries

50 calorie applesauce
