i biked 4 miles i ate before i went biking cereal and a banana and after really tired.and checked my weight it showed i gained 2 pounds?i weigh 150 now.can anyone tell me what occured?
and by the way... dont check your weight after every workout! your not going to loose weight in those 2 hours or whatever... seriously. dont become "scale obsessed"!!! its not good. and you just start feeling bad about yourself...
