did i eat too much today?

i'm trying to lose weight..

for breakfast i had cornflakes with no milk
but i sliced up a banana and put it in there

and then for lunch i had pinto beans with cornbread (i know right?)

and just now i had chicken noodle soup with premium saltine crackers

oh yeah and i think i'm about to eat a peppermint..

so hows that?
