I usually eat WAY too much. But I'm definitely going to stop that.
How'd I do today?
Here's a list of what I ate today:
-cereal with half a banana in it
-a yogurt
-1/2 a PB&J sandwich
-small cup of green tea
-about 1 cup of mac'n'cheese
-about 1 cup of vegetarian chili w/a little rice
-1 cup of coffee
-1 cup of OJ
This list is not in order, lol. But it's what I ate. So, what do you think?
hmm...I just calculated I got about 130% of DV of calcium today. I guess that's good/just right seeing as, for my age, I supposedly require 1300mg of calcium each day.
