I'm 15 and I've been having trouble with eating healthy and exercising. I'd get too overwhelmed with everything and binge eat on unhealthy high calorie foods...
Anyways I'm trying to get back on track and eat healthily.
I'm keeping a food journal... this is the second day.
Breakfast:
-bowl of whole wheat cheerios with almond milk
-half a banana sliced, some blueberries and raspberries
-1 Activia yogurt
Snack:
-mandarine
Lunch:
-an apple
-5 fig newtons
-a sandwich (a croissant, tomato, lettuce, chicken)
Snack:
-4 Starbursts (my friend gave them to me... I felt rude to throw them away)
-2 handfuls of almonds (so about 16)
-a big handful of snowpeas
For dinner... I'm going to be having A LOT of salad and a bit of whatever my mom's making.
Did I eat too much today?
The only exercise I've done is take my dog for a 25 minute walk.
I'm going to go for a 30 min bike ride at 5:30.
After dinner I'm going to do a quick 20 min of strength moves (pushups, lunges, crunches..etc)
Did I eat too much? Or too little? Or just right?
