So right now it's about 2:40 and this is what i ate today.. im trying to stay healthy and i still have to eat dinner and i've been eating alot so im trying to cut back.
for breakfast i had a bowl of special k chocolatey delight with a banana and 2 rice cakes (50 cal each)
then i just ate kind alot and idk if i shuold eat dinner or not now..
i had another bowl of special k an oreo some strawberries half a rice cake?, and some peanut butter and nutelle on 2 or 3 pretzels..
i just feel like i ate alot so someone please help? im not really doing any activity to burn anything off today either so..
